    • You personal information is 100% secure. We use SSL technology to protect your valuable personal information.
  2. What is different about your site?
    • Our site allows you to view all of the handbags we have for sale, all the colors they are available in, and many different views of each one, so you can determine which amykathryn is right for you.
  3. How does my order ship to me?
    • We ship FREE! to all US orders. We ship UPS. Unless customer chooses otherwise, we ship UPS Ground. Your order typically leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  4. Does amykathryn ship Internationally?
    • Yes. We ship via UPS international. We charge a shipping fee and price depends on your country. Your shipping fee will show upon check-out.
  5. What kind of payments do you accept?
    • We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover & Paypal.
  6. What are your Return & Exchange Policies?
    • amykathryn wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return/exchange the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of item. For Returns: We will refund the purchase price less shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receipt of returned item. For Exchanges: Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS ground at no additional cost. Further, no return will be accepted without contacting amykathryn first via email or phone. Returns are up to the discretion of amykathryn, and are accepted providing the item is returned in its original condition.
